Ingredients
2-4 Large eggs (room temperature)
500ml Water
Ice bath ready
Instructions
1. Fill OmniKettle with 500ml water.
2. Select "Precision Heat" mode at 85°C.
3. Once temperature is reached, gently lower eggs into water.
4. Set timer for 6 minutes (runny) or 7 minutes (jammy).
5. Remove eggs and immediately place in ice bath.
6. Peel and enjoy with toast soldiers.
