25g Fresh coffee beans, medium grind
400ml Filtered water
Pour-over dripper and filter
Your favorite mug

Instructions
1. Fill OmniKettle with 400ml filtered water.
2. Select "Coffee" mode (heats to 93°C).
3. While heating, place filter in dripper and add coffee grounds.
4. When ready, pour a small amount to bloom the grounds (30 seconds).
5. Slowly pour remaining water in circular motions.
6. Total brew time should be 3-4 minutes.
7. Sip smugly while judging instant coffee drinkers.
