How to Submit a Request

Email us at privacy@gtin1.com with:

• Your full name
• Email address associated with your account (if applicable)
• A description of the information you are requesting

Verification

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will contact you if additional information is needed.

Response Time

We will respond to your request without undue delay and no later than one month from receipt. If the request is complex or we receive a high volume of requests, we may extend this by up to two additional months. We will notify you of any extension and the reason for it within the first month.
