Data Deletion Request

Under applicable privacy laws — including the GDPR (Article 17, "Right to Erasure"), CCPA/CPRA, and Canada's PIPEDA — you have the right to request deletion of your personal data.

What Can Be Deleted

Upon a valid deletion request, we will delete personal data we hold about you, except where we are required or permitted to retain it for:

• Completing a transaction or providing a service you requested
• Detecting security incidents or protecting against fraud
• Complying with legal obligations (e.g., tax, audit requirements)
• Exercising or defending legal claims

How to Submit a Request

Email us at privacy@gtin1.com with:

• Your full name
• Email address associated with your account (if applicable)
• A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your data

Verification

To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

Response Time

We will respond to your request without undue delay and no later than one month from receipt. If the request is complex, we may extend this by up to two additional months with notification.

Consequences of Deletion

Deleting your data may result in loss of access to your account and associated services. This action cannot be undone. We recommend exporting any data you wish to keep before submitting a deletion request.
